Padideh Samet Architects and Engineering Consultants (PSAEC) is an Iranian architectural and environmental design firm that brings the knowledge and experience of various professionals in different fields together in order to have a comprehensive approach to design of human-made habitats. PSAEC is dedicated to excellence in design of the built environment with a sustainable approach to design environments in harmony with nature and natural forces. PSAEC is a Tehran based firm with an office in Aras and it has been in practice for over 12 Years during which time it has formed a team with great potentials and strengths in creating concepts, design solutions and guidelines. Founded by Mohammad Zendehdel in 2004 the firm has gained a good reputation for its creative approaches to research and design through its 12 years of presenting professional architectural and engineering services. It has been responsible for undertaking and completing 85 Number of architectural design, renovation, urban design and eco-tourism projects for communities across Iran.
